Swimming with DadWe got back yesterday from Indiana to visit Collin's family and to go to one of his cousins wedding. Grant did really well on the plane...he either slept, ate, or "talked" to a passenger behind our seats. Traveling with a baby is sooo difficult!! We had soooo much to carry around in the airport...diaper bag, stroller, car seat, car seat base, 2 rolling suitcases (one of them was broken on the trip out there so Collin had to CARRY it!!), purse and a backpack!! Talk about nuts!! It took us FOREVER to go through security!! You know how you have to take your shoes off to be x-rayed going through security (thank you, Mr. shoe bomber), well, Grant had to take his off too!!! What mom would put a bomb in her baby's shoes??!! Anyway, we had a great time...lots of food, family and swimming. Grant loved spending time with his grandparents!!

I cannot imagine lugging all the gear through the airport and onto a plane... you are brave! Glad you had a good trip!
You had to take Grants shoes off as well? That is NUTS.
